The interior design of a 5,000sqft high standard office in Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) from shell & core situation consists of an entrance lounge with reception, a board meeting room, two smaller meeting rooms, four executive offices, a director and CEO office, a total of 16 work desks a pantry and staff room as well as a “break-out zone” that allows for informal meeting and work desks in addition to a phenomenal view over Downtown Dubai with its Burj Khalifa. Bleached oak, a herringbone patterned carpet, natural stone as wall cladding in more representational areas contrast the mainly painted white walls and dark grey aluminum frames, light fixtures and accessories.
